WHO WE ARE

World Alliance Management (WAM) Ltd. is an Alberta based independent management company founded by H. Bryan Boyer to provide project management, construction management and organizational development services. WAM has provided these services for over a decade to Clients in the Energy Sector as an extension to their own in-house expertise, and on a stand-alone basis.

Managing Projects and People is our Only Business

We are independent of all design, procurement and direct construction trades associated with a project; therefore, able to represent the interests of a Client in an unbiased and undivided manner, without conflicting or competing interests.
WAM operates as an extension of our Client's organization to provide dedicated resources to a project. This permits Clients to remain focused on the day-to-day operations of their core business with WAM providing management support for the Client's project.
